The Willow Bank Manchester Hotel guest comments and reviews

I have recently attended a course in Manchester and have stayed at the Willow Bank Hotel on four occasions and I wish to express my thanks to all the staff from receptionists, to the porter, bar and restaurant staff.

I am aware that staff are trained to respond to customer needs but nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very courteous. I felt comfortable as a lone female in the hotel and agree with the sign in the lobby, which states ‘you are staying with friends’.

I am writing to express my appreciation of your efforts to make my birthday celebration such a resounding success.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the Willow Bank and would like to thank all the staff involved, including yourself, for making it a perfect venue for such an occasion. I am so glad I decided to accept the services you offered.

Just a quick note to say thanks for the excellent hospitality I received when presenting courses.

I have been in this role now for some 7 years, however none of the venues I have used during this time can come close to matching the service you and all your staff provide.

After having a fantastic New Years Eve at the Willowbank Hotel in Fallowfield I write to you to say how good it was and to name members of staff who had been brilliant.

It prompted me to book my 60^th Birthday lunch there on May 18^th fir fifty guests. Again I have to write and say how good the whole event turned out to be, Neil Stockill - Deputy Manager organised a superb event and worked very hard to ensure I had a really lovely birthday. The food was delicious, so congratulations to chef and all members of his team. The bar staff worked hard as did the waitresses.

We can only describe our "wedding day" as a dream, just a perfect day and certainly this was a lot to do with our choice of venue.

Thank you so much for all the hard work from all the staff both in the lead up to and during the event itself. Everything went so smoothly.

I would like to put on record the excellent service that we recieved from your staff, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed at your hotel and we wouold have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and business associates.

Our wedding was a brilliant day. Every single member of your staff that we dealt with was extremely professional as well as friendly and approachable and did everything they could to make sure our needs were catered for. We would recommend the Willowbank to friends and family and I feel sure many of us will choose to stay with you again. Considering the number of times you must have to repeat these services the freshness that you all brought to our day was impressive.

I just wanted to thank you for such a fantastic evening last night.  It was also my 40th birthday, and you all made it extremely special for myself and my friends.
 
I completely enjoyed everything, the meals, pipers, company, music and rooms were all lovely.

I would  Iike to express my thanks to all the staff who helped make my wifes birthday a most enjoyable event.

Throughout the day and evening, every member of staff was pleasant, friendly, profesional and curteous (listed in no particular order), which was pointed out by numerous people who attended

We have just stayed at the Willowbank Hotel, Manchester as a pre-wedding weekend as we are getting married on the 3rd July and would like to compliment the staff on their courtesy / helpfulnes and politeness. They where more than helpful with any queries that we had and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. We have stayed in Best Western hotels before and never had such a welcome. We intend to continue to use Best Western where ever possible.

Neil I have to say in nearly 6 years of working for HRG I have never been made more welcome in any other hotel than I did in yours!!! Yourself, Michelle and Hazel do a wonderful job in making people feel welcome and the hotel has an air of "non-stuffiness" which is a refreshing change.  The food was lovely and my veggie sausages at breakfast were greatly received!!! I will be sending an e-mail to Dena and your head office to express my gratitude in you guys for making my stay a very warming and relaxing one. Andrew was very happy also and loved his teddy as I did!!! It was great to meet you too and I will definitely come back to your hotel again when staying in Manchester. I will also inform people of what a welcoming place the Willow Bank is. All the Best

We can't thank you enough for all your help. We had a lovely day, everything was perfect! The organisation and running of the service was second to none. It took myself and Ian a portion of the day to get over how wonderful, friendly and professional all the staff were. We really appriciate all your hard work and effort.

Our stay at the Willow Bank Hotel was fantastic!! We were well looked after from the moment we arrived, your staff are a credit to your hotel, they staff made us feel so welcome and were always cheeful and friendly.
