Sincere thanks to the whole team at the Westminster Hotel for making our reunion even more memorable.

I also heard nothing but compliments from our party about the excellent meals.

I will certainly want to stay at the Westminster again and will have no hesitation in booking for a family or other gathering.

I wanted to thank your staff for such a pleasant stay, they were always so polite and cheerful.

No matter who I met, along the corridor, at the bar, being served food, it was always with a professional approach.

On behalf of db mortgages I would like to pass on my thanks to both Ann and yourself for all your hard work and effort which went in to our db mortgages 'Night at the Oscars' and made the night such a great success.

The general consensus of the party was that it was the best Reunion that we have had since we started this annual event some ten years ago. The quality of the accommodation was first rate, the meals were excellent, and the attitude of the staff who looked after us was wonderful. The chef produced some top quality food and our whole booking was dealt with in the most efficent way.

We had our staff party at the Westminster Hotel and i would just like to thank you, it was great. Everyone really enjoyed it. You all did a great job. The only problem was being in work at 9 the next day. Thanks again.

On behalf of the Guild of Chester Tour Guides i would like to thank you and your staff for a wonderful Christmas lunch. I think the consensus was that the food was excellent, as usual, and that the staff were as friendly and efficient as ever.

my works Xmas party was at your hotel and I was unable to go as I had the Flu.  My work colleagues rang me on Sunday and thanked me for arranging such a fantastic night even though they missed me being there. They remarked on the venue and how helpful all the staff were and also the food was lovely.  Wine and drink never stopped flowing and the fish and chips ended the evening very nicely. My colleagues said that out of all the different venues we have been to in the last 7 years this one was the best and well worth the money.

Many thanks to you all for a fantastic christmas party from everyone on ward 34 Countess of Chester hospital. It was throughly enjoyed by all. Excellent party atmosphere, we shall all be there again next year. Our doctors are always hard to please but they too all enjoyed, all mentioning how excellent the food was

Thank you for all your help and assistance with our group booking for this past weekend. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we all had a very good time. I hope to back in the near future, this time with my wife.

I would like to thank you and your staff for making our reunion a very enjoyable stay. The chef devised an excellent menu which provided us with an excellent meal and we all enjoyed the accommodation. All the staff at the hotel were delightful.

We would both like to say how impressed we were with all aspects of your hotel. Excellent reception staff (Elizabeth I think it was) top class room and first rate breakfast. Having travelled throughout the Uk extensively over the years, your hotel is definitely one of the best I have stayed at. A nice touch was the birthday cake placed in our room to celebrate my sixtieth birthday.

Me and my husband have just arrived back from a stay at the Westminster and it was absolutely wonderful. When we arrived, we were greeted by very pleasant staff who were very helpful. We hadn't been in our room 5 minutes when the phone rang to ask if we were satisfied with our room and was everything to our liking. Everything in the room was lovely and very clean, the bathroom was really nice and bright. The breakfast in the morning - what can I say - we were greeted at the door with a bucks fizz and the choice was amazing, I can honestly say we were spoiled for choice. All of the staff were very polite and well presented and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Chester.

The party at your hotel was fantastic! I had such an amazing time and I've had so many nice comments from my guests!
 
Please pass on my thanks to Darren and all who helped to serve, to the DJ who was exceptional and of course to our Victoria....... (s)he was the icing on the cake!! No-one was offended, as I feared, in fact everyone thought (s)he was fabulous!

To all staff at the Westminster, Myself and 30 of my friends and family stayed with you on Saturday night for my cousin Emma's hen night. I would like to say thanks on behalf of us all, we all had a fantastic time in Chester made even more special by our stay at the Westminster. Every member of staff who i met was lovely, so polite and helpful! A special thank you to Darren for his help, kindness, friendliness and great humor.

We have all said another trip to Chester must be planned soon and we will definitely be returning to the Westminster.

I’d like to thank both you and your staff for Saturday night. You were all great, both in the build up to the night and especially on the night. Myself and my team were extremely impressed with everyone, and especially with Darren who was awesome. We’ve had great feedback from our Associates that attended.

Just a few lines to say what a really excellent choice I made in choosing your hotel as the place to stay on our recent visit to Chester. The service provided by your staff was absolutely superb. You and the owners of the Hotel have staff you can be proud of. All those we came into contact with were always very pleasant, considerate and in our opinion, only too pleased to help in any way they could. We dined all five nights in the hotel and have to say your chef(s) certainly know how to cook, all the meals were excellent, pass on our compliments to them please.
