The Feathers Hotel, Liverpool
We had a very pleasant stay these four nights at your hotel. Everyone I spoke to were pleased with the rooms and your service. The breakfasts were excellent too.
Once again, Many thanks!

I stayed with you over three months ago and I have not forgotten what a wonderful stay I had at your hotel. The people at reception were pleasant and helpful and the food was gorgeous. I just wanted to tell you that you are all doing a wonderful job and I was very impressed and left the hotel refreshed and in a positive frame of mind. I hope all the staff will treat themselves on the company to a drink or two because you deserve it
Mr. T. Rodnicki
Please pass on our thanks to your staff who cheerfully prepared toast, coffee and orange juice for us before we left at such a ridiculously early hour. It was so appreciated.
From check in to us leaving, all your staff were cheerful and thoroughly helpful and I would be grateful if you would pass my thanks onto all those involved."

I would just like to say what a credit your team at Liverpool are to you. We were met with a smile by everyone & nothing was too much trouble at both check-in/out. Upon check-in we were given an upgrade even though we had booked late and had a fair deal. The room we had in the Nautical wing was "FAB".
I am a manager with First Choice and have travelled extensively and I experienced the WOW factor.

PS your breakfast is to die for
