i organised a group of five to stay at the Premier Queens for a Christmas break and the whole party had a great time, the food was some of the best i have had in a hotel, your staff at all levels were kind and helpful.

We had our Christmas Party on Saturday 3^rd January 2008 and had a fantastic time, Grant and all of the waiting on staff were so very helpful and made it a night to remember

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the evening.  For the last four years we have been to another venue outside of Chester and were always very pleased.  We wanted something different and a change of venue this year - The Premier Queen Hotel celebrations exceeded our expectations.  All the staff were very courteous and professional.

 

We spent a lovely evening on Sunday 14th December enjoying our Christmas party with you. We were welcomed, enjoyed the food, and felt the whole evening was well managed, can we say a particular thank you to David Jones and his staff whom we all felt did an excellent job!!!

Could you please say a big thank you to all the staff who were working last Thursday on our Christmas Party night. We all had a brilliant night and the staff were great. Everybody has said how much they enjoyed it, the food was great and the karoake went down a storm

I made a reservation at the Premier Queens hotel last week on behalf of some friends of mine. I spoke to Alice on several occasions going through the various types of rooms, suites etc and what facilities each type of room included. She emailed me photographs on two occasions which was a great help.
 
I booked the queen suite eventually, and they had a wonderfull weekend, they were delighted with everything about the room, from the size of it to the furnishings!
 
I can not thank Alice enough, nothing was too much trouble, she was polite, courteous efficient and extremely patient at all times.

Mr Simon Williams and Mr David Jones and the team gave us 100% service as they do with all the guests that stay at the Premier Queen Hotel.

We stayed in your hotel on the 13th of Feburary and were made to feel very welcome. We stayed in the Kings and the room was excellent.  THe breakfst was laid out by the chefs and was excellent. A very happy valentines day

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for your personal input and support and your staff for the help and service provided over the weekend . I thought everyone we dealt with was very positive and professional but at the same time friendly and personal in their approach and attitude. Finally, The Premier Queen Hotel may be a 4 star hotel but it defineatly delivers a 5 star service.

We write to pass on our sincerest congratulations and thanks. The hotel is of course beautiful, but what made our day so completely perfect was your wonderful staff. We really cannot praise them enough.

Our excellent experience of the hotel began with a beaming smile and superb friendly service from Iwan the Doorman and continued with Matt who showed us to our rooms. This high level of service set the precedent for the rest of our time at the hotel.

On the day of the wedding we had the pleasure of David Jones as our Master of Ceremonies. Having the whole family together can be frankly chaotic, but thanks to the combination of David's extremely warm whilst highly proficient manner, everything ran smoothly. We did not have to worry about a thing as David was on hand at every moment to deal with all eventualities. He traversed made each of our guests feel very special - which is a skill indeed. Everyone in the party thought he was wonderful.

In sum, congratulations on having such an excellent staff - we hope that they receive the recognition they deserve for their work - they surpass all expectations.

Last saturday, 11th April, my daughter and her now husband held their wedding at The Premier Queen. The initial choice had much to do with the Sales and Events Coordinator, Naiomi who struck an immediate rapport with my daughter, who was very impressed with her knowledge and efficiency. Also always on hand, and coordinating the whole wedding event was David Jones, Deputy Manager. To say he was brilliant is an under-statement, he took away all our worries and looked after everything, not forgetting the smallest details. You have much to be proud of with your members of staff.
 
In fact, all the staff at the hotel were excellent, from Simon, General Manager, to Iwan the doorman with his friendly and helpful manner, to the chef Simon, who, with his team, produced a delicious and visually beautiful wedding breakfast.

Once again Feathers and the Premier Queen Hotel put on a superb evening on Saturday. I have spoken with a few people who attended and they have commented on having had a fantastic night. Many thanks to all those involved on behalf of everyone who attended the two events. Myself, Vicky, Neil and Barry have thoroughly enjoyed our involvement and thank you for making us so welcome. I hope our paths cross again sometime.

David was of course master of ceremonies extraordinaire and made the day very special. I was also really impressed the next morning with the way he was there to greet members of my wedding party with a glass of bucks fizz - what a lovely touch and very unexpected. Above all I didn't feel like 'just another bride'. You must deal with 100's of weddings and yet the attention to detail and the way in which all the staff did their best to meet every request was just so appreciated. I can't praise the hotel enough really - it really was exactly the day I wanted - relaxed, informal but elegant - the best and most memorable day of my life - thank you!!

I am just writing to ask you to pass on our thanks to your staff for making our visit to the Queens Hotel such a wonderful time. I booked my reservation with Alice on the phone last week, she was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to, she gave me details of the hotel both the Queens and the Kings Suite, after a bit of persuasion from Alice I decided to book one of the Kings rooms and can honestly say, we were not disappointed - what a wonderful room, everything about it was great.  Space, cleanliness, bathroom, comfort of the bed, everything.

On arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly receptionist, who talked us through everything, she also wished my husband a happy birthday, which I was so happy about.

As we were checking in a very friendly lady approached us with a copy of the Kings Quarter restaurant menu, she asked where we would be having dinner that evening, my husband and I had discussed going into town, but after speaking to this lady we decided to book a table in the hotel restaurant and we are so glad we did.

The food in the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous, the staff including the bar man were fantastic and very attentive, the lady that had met us at the reception was one of the staff in the restaurant that evening and she made an effort to welcome us, after we had finished our meal she brought a cake with a candle on it to wish my husband a happy birthday, he asked if I had arranged this, to which I said no !!  

I was absolutely blown away that the staff had taken the time and effort to know it was my husbands birthday and went to these lengths to make our stay even better than it already was.

So all in all fantastic hotel (room, decor etc), staff (from reservation staff to restaurant staff), food, cocktails, just everything - it was a wonderful stay and I just wish we had being there longer than one night.

I can guarantee that I will be back to the Queens Hotel in Chester

We are writing to express our thanks and gratitude to all the staff at The Queen Hotel, Chester on the amazing job you did when hosting our wedding reception. We were married on 28^th August 2009 and had our reception in the new King's Suite. Right from the very first time we visited the hotel we were blown away by the Kings Suite. The Queen added creative touches to make the evening very special to us. Our expectations were exceeded on the day, the food was delicious and all in all it really was the best day of our lives. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone The Queen Hotel, and their fantastic staff, especially if they are looking for somewhere to host an event.

The Queen Hotel was the perfect venue to hold the conference. Location was excellent for delegates utilising public transport and there were good car parking facilities.  The room was the perfect size for our needs, catering was of a superb standard throughout the day.  The staff were very helpful and friendly making the day a lot easier for me, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Speaker faculty, guests and myself found the accommodation outstanding and excellent value for money.

My husband and I got married on the 5th June 2010 and had our party and reception at the Queen Hotel, Chester. I would like to say a massive Thank You to all the staff. We had the best day and the Queen Hotel were perfect and faultless with the service and everything about the day. David the deputy manager was in charge of running our wedding and he is an asset to your company, he ran around making sure every little detail was perfect. Naomi planned every detail to make our day extra special and helped us make the most of our budget. The bar staff, DJ, night porters and breakfast staff worked so well and we are so grateful. I recommend you to anyone and everyone!
