I just want to say what fantastic service we have received from your staff
at the Queen Hotel in Chester.
Alice has looked after all the arrangements and liaised with the restaurant
chef and staff. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty.She
has provide so mudi support and was always able to help with anything I
asked of her, nothing was too much trouble
When we arrived at the hotel she took us to meet Rob in the restaurant
who was so helpful asking us how we wanted the table arranged. Guided
us on the wine choice etc. They both put us at ease as we were so
nervous and wanted it to run smoothly.
On the actual day everything ran like dockwork. From Simon the general
manager seeing us off outside the hotel and greeting us back with
Rob.The food in the restaurant was wonderful, exceptional, first classII
All our guests thoroughly enjoyed their meal. It was exactly what we
wanted. . The atmosphere so personal.
It is really hard to put into words how it made us and our guests
feel. Nothing was too much trouble with all the staff from reception, porter
service, the lovely doorman and restaurant staff.
It has exceeded my expectations I could not fault anything. We were
made to feel so special.

was greeted pleasantly by your reception staff and we completed the
formalities. I had difficulty in locating my room, I found a young lady and
asked for her help, not only did she escorted me but offered to help with
my luggage.This was out of sight of her boss but indicated to me how she
approaches her work. How your team managed to feed all those people at

I made a reservation at the Premier Queens hotel last week on behalf of
some friends of mine. I spoke to Alice on several occasions going through
the various types of rooms, suites etc and what facilities each type of

of course beautiful, but what made our day so completely perfect was
your wonderful staff. We really cannot praise them enough.
Our excellent experience of the hotel began with a beaming smile and
superb friendly service from Iwan the Doorman and continued with Matt
who showed us to our rooms. This high level of service set the precedent
for the rest of our time at the hotel.
On the day of the wedding we had the pleasure of David Jones as our
Master of Ceremonies. Having the whole family together can be frankly
chaotic, but thanks to the combination of David’s extremely warm whilst
highly proficient manner, everything ran smoothly. We did not have to
worry about a thing as David was on hand at every moment to deal with
all eventualities. He traversed made each of our guests feel very special -
which is a skill indeed. Everyone irs the party thought he was wonderful.

BRILLIANT IS AN UNDER—STATEMENT
Last saturday, 11th April, my daughter and her now husband held their
wedding at The Premier Queen. The initial choice had much to do with the
Sales and Events Coordinator, Naiomi who struck an immediate rapport
with my daughter, who was very impressed with her knowledge and
effioency. Also always on hand, and coordinating the whole wedding event
was David Jones, Deputy Manager. To say he was brilliant is an unders
tatement, he took away all our womes and looked after everything, not
forgetting the smallest details. You have much to be proud of with
your members of staff.
In fad:, all the staff at the hotel were excellent, from Simon, General
Manager, to Iwan the doorman with his friendly and helpful manner, to the
chef Simon, who, with his team, produced a delicious and visually
beautiful wedding breakfast.

David was of course master of ceremonies extraordinaire and made the
day very special. I was also really impressed the next morning with the
way he was there to greet members of my wedding party with a glass of
bucks fin – what a lovely touch and very unexpected. Above all I didn’t
feel like ‘just another bride’. You must deal with 100’s of weddings and yet
the attention to detail and the way in which all the staff did their best to
meet every request was just so appreciated. I can’t praise the hotel

I am just writing to ask you to pass on our thanks to your staff for making
our visit to the Queens Hotel such a wonderful time. I booked my
reservation with Alice on the phone last week, she was extremely helpful
and a pleasure to talk to, she gave me details of the hotel both the
Queens and the Kings Suite, after a bit of persuasion from Alice I decided
to book one of the Kings rooms and can honestly say, we were not
disappointed – what a wonderful room, everything about it was great.
Space, cleanliness, bathroom, comfort of the bed, everything.
On arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant and friendly receptionist,
who talked us through everything, she also wished my husband a happy
birthday, which I was so happy about.
As we were checking in a very friendly lady approached us with a copy of
the Kings Qua rter restaurant menu, she asked where we would be having
dinner that evening, my husband and I had discussed going into town, but
after speaking to this lady we decided to book a table in the hotel
restaurant and we are so glad we did.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous, the staff including the
bar man were fantastic and very attentive, the lady that had met us at the
reception was one of the staff in the restaurant that evening and she
made an effort to welcome us, after we had finished our meal she brought
a cake with a candle on it to wish my husband a happy birthday, he asked
if I had arranged this, to which I said no !‘
I was absolutely blown away that the staff had taken the time and effort to
know it was my husbands birthday and went to these lengths to make our
stay even better than it already was.
So all in all fantastic hotel (room, decor etc), staff (from reservation staff
to restaurant staff), food, cocktails, just everything – it was a wonderful
stay and I just wish we had being there longer than one night.
I can guarantee that I will be back to the Queens Hotel in Chester

PERFECT VENUE FOR A CONFERENCE
The Queen Hotel was the perfect venue to hold the conference. Location was excellent for delegates utilising public transport and there were good car parking facilities. The room was the perfect size for our needs, catering was of a superb standard throughout the day. Over our three week trip we stayed in hotels in Manchester, Amsterdam, and Brugge, but we must say we liked yours the best. It was very relaxing, and we enjoyed being off the busy track. Your courtyard was lovely, but best of all was the staff.
We would really like to point out for excellent service is Mr. Matthew Sewell, who I understand is a Trainee Manager. Truly a very hard working ‘jack of all trades’, he registered us, served us in the bar, waited tables in the restaurant answered a million of my questions, and helped us print our boarding tickets, all while handling the regular issues of running a hotel and he never once lost his calm or his smile. He certainly made an impression on us and I wanted you to know what a gem he was too.
