Christmas Day Menu

Starters

  • Sweet potato and rosemary Soup, with a wensleydale and cranberry cheese scone
  • Lobster and prawn cheesecake, endive salad, lime, and basil oil
  • Terrine of confit duck, dried cranberries and apricots, pork and orange compote
  • Chickpea, red onions and smoked garlic fritter, rocket salad and walnut oil
  • Soft berry fruits, set on sweet basil jelly, prosecco shot

Intermediary Course

  • Pink grapefruit sorbet and popping candy

Main Course

  • Sage brushed turkey, crushed cranberries, maple syrup pigs in blankets and pan gravy
  • Roast sirloin of prime welsh black beef, caramelised onions, horseradish, infused Yorkshire pudding and shallot jus
  • Roast loin of cod, with a herb and chorizo crust on a bed of buttered spinach
  • Goats cheese, pear and pine kernel tarte, blue cheese and pepper sauce

Desserts

  • Brioche bread and butter pudding, sherry soaked cranberries, fresh cream
