GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hotel and I can only say that it gets better. The rooms are lovely and very clean, the food is excellent and the service from the staff is fantastic. We highly recommend your hotel for anybody that is looking for comfort, quality and great customer service. Please pass on our thanks to all of your reception, restaurant and cleaning staff.

WHAT A PARTY VENUE!
I am writing to thank you and all the staff at the Leyland Hotel for the wonderful organisation of the party to celebrate my Civil Partnership.
Everything went smoothly including the last minute decision to bring everything indoors. Our guests had a great afternoon and evening. The food was top drawer and the theme worked a treat.

In this country i have rarely encountered better service and would strongly encourage the hotel to keep up the standard. I am aware that the hotel has an “employee of the month” scheme, i was unable to nominate any individual over another as they were uniformaly excellent.

SUCH A SUCCESS
I would like to thank you and your staff for making our Christmas party on Saturday evening such a success. Everyone has said how much they enjoyed the evening and are already asking if we will be returning next year.The format of an all-inclusive price was very attractive and I for one have never had so small a bill to pay on the morning after. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of rooms and facilities available. Above all I must compliment the efficient yet very friendly attitude of all your staff from reception on arrival to breakfast the following morning.

Just a brief note to congratulate you on the fine service I receive from your staff at the Leyland hotel. You have a very good team at the Leyland, Zoltan and Rhian, both excellent hard working individuals, delivering a great service, never have I had to wait more than a few moment before being served with food or drinks by these two attentive members of staf. Eileen and Lilla who cover the restaurant for breakfast and lunch have their work area ticking over like a top quality Swiss watch. Heather and Sophie who make reception /checking in and out a pleasure, prompt service always with a smile’

On the day of our wedding, we felt that the whole event was run so smoothly, and when we needed anything, you were always on hand to assist us. We especially felt that your personal effort to ensure that the day went well was outstanding and were so impressed that you made yourself available throughout the day, from getting ready before the wedding until the end of the reception. This made us feel very important customers and very ressured throughout the day! The hotel looked lovely and everything was set out exactly as we had requested with a few added extra touches (we noticed that the hotel was using orchids in their public displays – intentional or not, it matched our theme perfectly).
Thanks also for all your help in the run up to the day, and answering my many, many questions.

I wanted to say that the reception I got when I arrived at the hotel in the early evening was fantastic. The lady in reception was really welcoming and friendly. But it didnt stop there. Everyone I spoke to at the hotel was the same – in the bar, for the meeting organisation, cleaning people. I really enjoyed being in the hotel and was relaxed and comfortable. I travel a lot for work and often stay in hotels all around the country and this was one of the nicest experiences Ive had. I would certainly want to stay in your hotel again it I had to come up to Preston.

Many thanks for the really warm welcome given to our Passenger Panel members during our meeting yesterday. The facilities were superb and it was a really nice touch with the train as a centrepiece for the buffet lunch.

BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED
I just wanted to compliment you on an excellent venue and particularly impressive service. I have run events across the UK and overseas in hundreds of hotels, training venues, etc over the last 10 years and the service I received today was some of the best I have received.
The conference manager Michael Grove met me and showed me around my rooms and when I asked generally about the conference facilities, he spent half an hour showing me the hotel, the various facilities and possibilities. He was justifiably proud of the excellent facilities and rooms
Anyway, I just wanted you to know how good my experience was and you clearly have some staff who really understand what excellent customer service is.
