Just a few lines by way of a thank you for providing me with a superb venue and excellent service for our recent function.

This was my second function at the Fir Grove, your standards are enduring, a rarity today.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Fir Grove.

The wedding was Saturday 3rd January and from the moment we arrived at the Fir Grove the Staff were very helpful and obliging.

We are just ordinary people, but we were made to feel 'special'

On behalf of all my colleagues I’d like to thank you for a fantastic evening on 13th December. The whole package was excellent value for money and please pass on our thanks to all your hardworking staff who made the evening a great success.

From the very first meeting when the booking was made, continuing with the usual progress meetings to discuss menus, special requirements etc right through to the big day there was never a single hitch or problem.

Everything progressed faultlessly!

I came to your party night on 22nd November with the party from Warrington Wheelchair Service.  I am the difficult one with lots of food allergies which include nuts and soya.  I just wanted to say thank you for looking after me and helping me to eat safely during the meal I am very grateful for all your attentions.

We wish to express our sincere thanks to you and your team for helping us to organise our Summer Ball at the Fir Grove. We are delighted to report that all our party enjoyed the evening immensely. We would especially like to thank you and your staff for all your hard work in preparation and for the excellent service we received throughout the event itself.  We have received many compliments on the menu, on the quality of the food and your attention to detail in the presentation of each course. I would just like to thank you and all your staff for such excellent attention and service yesterday for my sons wedding. Everyone I spoke or came up to me to has nothing but praise for your staff and hotel. As a former head chef I was greatly impressed with both buffets and the professionalism of all the staff

We can not thank you enough for the wonderful day we spent  yesterday at the Fir Grove celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary.

Your helpful advice, and the whole package was perfect and cannot be faulted in anyway.

The choice of menu was first class and all three separate main courses were delicious, starter choices and sweet choices were also first rate.

The room was set up perfectly, the personalized menu was a delight and having our names in chocolate on our sweet plates was just the icing on the cake.

All of our guests were very impressed with the Fir Grove and I would not hesitate in recommending the Fir Grove to anybody who might seek my advice as to the perfect venue.

This is just a big thankyou for all your staff who worked on the 4th September 2009, it was our wedding day and we couldn't have asked for anything more. From everyone starting with Fergus who was superb throughout and was always helpful and there when anyone had any problems to all the staff throughout the day and the night you were all fantastic and made our day special.

The guests at my wedding all said the same thing and couldn't believe how smoothly the day ran without panic (which isn't always the case at weddings), you are all a credit to yourselves and many of them who are not yet married have said they would look at your hotel.

My friend and I have just returned from a stay at your hotel, Claire McCollom and Lucy from front of house went above and beyond their roles to help with our search in any way they could. Their support made our final decision easier and saved us considerable time and effort. The rest of staff in restaurant etc were equally helpful. Breakfast was superb,all in all a thoroughly enjoyable visit and we will be back in future.

We had our Christmas party at your hotel and everything was perfect, thank you.  Your attention to detail on the evening was fantastic, you ran the show like clockwork! I was really impressed with everything and the room looked amazing my Manager and our CIO and CEO were also complimentary. Thanks again and please also pass our thanks onto all of the staf, their service was also truly excellent.

I would just like to express my thanks to the Fir Grove and the staff at Warrington for a faultless service. I booked a lunchtime Christmas meal for my mum's 80^th birthday on Sunday December 13^th. The staff were exceptional, everything you could ask for in service, nothing was too much trouble, they were extremely polite, pleasant and helpful and how they accommodated 3 young children was praised by their mother. The food was excellent, everything went brilliantly and couldn't have picked a better venue. My mum had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend the Fir Grove

I would like to personally thank you for making the evening run smoothly, it is the first year no-one has complained about anything. The food was absolutely fantastic, every-one complimented on the food all saying how good, tasty and plenty of there was.

Some of my friends and I go to Statham Lodge every year we have to say the food was so much better than there. You also knock spots of Lymm Hotel.

Thanks Fergus for making us feel welcome and making sure thing ran smoothly, Joe thanks for all your support and it was a shame you were not there.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you to your and your team for making our event with you on Friday night so fabulous! Considering it was pulled together so last minute, you and your team did a fantastic job and it was great for Deb and I to know that everything was in your safe hands so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. I’ll definitely be recommending the hotel to anyone who wants to pull an event together.
