I stayed with you over three months ago and I have not forgotten what a wonderful stay I had at your hotel. The people at reception were pleasant and helpful and the food was gorgeous.

I would just like to say what a credit your team at Liverpool are to you. We were met with a smile by everyone & nothing was too much trouble at both check-in/out. Upon check-in we were given an upgrade even though we had booked late and had a fair deal. The room we had in the Nautical wing was "FAB".

I am a manager with First Choice and have travelled extensively and I experienced the WOW factor.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves in Liverpool last weekend and especially our stay at the Feathers Hotel.  We were delighted with the friendliness and level of service we received from all the staff.
