150th Anniversary Celebrations: 3rd October 2005

Thank you so very much for helping make our celebrations go so very well. The whole team were brilliant and worked very hard. Please pass my special thanks to Richard and Lindsay who have been absolutely wonderful.

I was very happy with the food and service and I have received lots of lovely comments from our guests on Friday night about the marvellous buffet, which I too enjoyed very much. The Griffin dusting on the pudding plate on Saturday stole the show and impressed us all. Well done indeed!

Paul, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you and your team. You have helped make the 150th anniversary celebrations extra special - thank you very much indeed. I shall certainly be recommending Feathers and I hope we shall have cause to use you again one day.

Lily Centre Event - Saturday 3rd September

Our event on Saturday night was a huge success due to the hard work and expertise of stuart hunter and his team. I would like to thank everyone for the excellent service and high standard quality food which everybody praised on the night, a special thank you to Richard the Chef whose hard work did not go un-noticed, the Lily Centre set in icing on the sweet was a nice personal touch and really appreciated.

i would also like to thank the waiters and waitresses for the exceptional service provided they really entered into the spirit of what was a really special evening and enjoyed it along with everybody else.

i must say our phone hasn't stopped ringing with people praising the meal, the way the tables were set out with the candles. it was a night everybody will remember and are asking when the next one will be, which we hope will be very soon and feel confident that we will use your excellent services in the future.

Just wanted to get in touch to say how delighted I was with your staff that handled the Lily Centre Dinner with efficient professionalism, which ensured a very successful evening. The room layout, food and service was excellent. It was a pleasure working with professionals.

IStuart and his colleagues could not have done more to assist me. My husband Graham was the photographer on Saturday and he has some good photos of the room, which I will forward to Stuart.

The layout of the drinks reception was superb, that's the first time I've seen it served from the dance floor area and in my opinion it was much better than under the organ. The statues with their ' gold nappies on ' ,as the ladies put it, caused a chuckle or two!!

Once again the CBI have reason to celebrate the success of our Annual Dinner on Merseyside at the St.George's Hall, Liverpool.

As in previous years a large part of that success was down to you and your team, for providing an excellent meal served by helpful and friendly staff.

Special thanks for the extra thought of providing Sir Digby with the cake to celebrate the 40 years of the CBI.

As always we had another great night, which would not be the same without Feathers Catering.

I have been (and still am) busy with too many other projects since my return from the Cannon Concerto London. Our next leg of the Concerto event takes us to Budapest and Hungary in the next three weeks.

I just had to drop you a line to thank you for your help in making the MacMillan party at the Cavern a great success last Wednesday. We totally exceeded our expectations with numbers but still found that the food was plentiful and delicious. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed the evening and it's been all that people have spoken to me about since.

As well as the excellent quality of the canapés, I have to compliment you on your staff. The whole team managed the evening with amazing professionalism and showed such courtesy at all times throughout the evening. Many of our guests commented on how efficiently your staff served the wine and canapés in such a good natured and unrushed way.

I know you are used to managing events that can be more complex but this event meant a great deal to our company and I'm so pleased I chose to work with Feathers. I often arrange book launches and events in other areas of the country and shall definitely endeavour to make Feathers my first port of call from now on.
