EVENT MANAGEMENT
Most companies have an able group of people who assist with the general aims and ideas for an event. As the plans evolve the amount of team co-ordination required is phenomenal.

At Feathers we will listen to all of your aspirations before presenting you with a list of recommendations for your event. These recommendations are based on many years of combined product knowledge.

The one thing you can be sure of is that we will never let your event fail. You can feel free to discuss even the most trivial of details with us right from the start because we know that those details all effect the overall success of the event. One thing that you will always have to do yourself when planning an event is to get the guest list together, but rest assured that we can manage every other detail (we can even assist you with the printing, the artwork and the general design of your invitations).

The price you pay for our service is negotiable as every contract differs. You may consider us to be expensive, but you will find that we are never over priced.

The price is important and obviously you have to be on budget, but realistic pricing is only part of a perfect event.

What aspect of an event will you not handle?

There isn't any aspect of an event that we will not handle. There are many times that you may wish your event to be directed in a certain way. If we do not think that the event will succeed, we will talk to you. Usually by joint discussions we arrive at a solution that will guarantee your event's success.

Who will handle our event?

Regardless of the size of your event we will have a senior executive that will handle every aspect of management and co-ordination. This person will stay with the event from the very first contact until the final bill has been paid. Nobody 'passes the buck' at Feathers...every event has a Feathers Director personally responsible. ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Being part of the Feathers Hotel Group we have our own Architectural services so we can have back to you within 48 hrs a full schemed drawing of your proposed event and full colour digital pictures.

So if your parent company is in the USA, no problem, send them our package with all the superimposed items of your event and they'll understand first-hand how professional a choice you have made in selecting Feathers.

HEALTH & SAFETY AT WORK
There is no one better. Feathers have their own department specialising in risk assessment and Health and Safety. We have specialist personnel that carefully look at every aspect of your event.

This isn't so urgent with the smaller event but it is essential for the bigger events when people movement is essential.

The smaller events get our total awareness of health and safety.

Services include transportation, crowd control, car parking and vehicle access, crowd barriers, press barriers, access towers and vision points.
