	Feathers have a range of catering skills that other companies just marvel at. This is because no event is ever performed without an executive chef and general manager being present. So if you are just looking for 'drop-off foods' we are not your company. We have in excess of 35 full times chefs and master cooks that have the experience to provide catering from traditional fare to ethnic and regional foods.



	When you have booked Feathers we can create a wondeful day out for you at one of our food tasting kitchens so that you can sample many of the foods that may be suitable your event. Together we will create the perfect event - it's also great fun!!!



	From the minute that our specially chosen food products arrive at our depots to the point where your guests are served, every aspect of quality control has been considered. This aspect of Feathers events has made us a world class leader for world class companies. The lengths that we go to on the servicing of family fun days (which can have in excess of 10,000 guests to serve) are quite staggering. Because of this quality control Feathers are able to hold one of the highest insurance bonds in the industry.



	We only buy the correct products for your event and the detail that we go to get it right is staggering. When it comes to special needs, be it for your CEO or a rider from your star entertainment, we'll get it without any hassle. We have some wonderful tales to tell of the obscure needs of our clients, but whatever happens, if you need it, we'll supply it.



	If you want your event remembered we will come up with brilliantly creative ideas, whilst still providing perfection in traditional food skills. At Feathers we have the most wonderfully creative dessert department and our master chefs would love to discuss with you ways that their art can enhance your event.



	Feathers can provide any wines or beverage that has ever been produced, but it's not just about the beverage product. It's the way it is served, distributed and presented. We will be fair on price and we'll even serve your own products. Think of the glassware, the silverware, the staffing, the uniforms, and the management control. This is all part of the beverage service. Talk to us, I assure you we will find a solution that satisfies all parties. The only thing that we will not do is compromise our service standards.



	Whatever you want in the world, from the finest wines to the most obscure beers and lagers or 'Tom Cruise' cocktail bars, we can assist. When it comes to Family Fun Days we have some novel and creative approaches to beverage service and control. Soft drinks, spirits, wines, fortified wines, champagnes, champagnoise, sparkling wines, de-alcoholised wines, wines from every corner of the world (and beyond) - talk to us, we've got some great products that will make your event excel - at sensible prices.



	To accompany all of our food tastings, Feathers will provide a range of pre-agreed products to accompany your food selection. Feathers Sommelier: We have several team members that can assist in the selection of your wine choice. Most guests have an idea of the wines they would like; at Feathers we can provide a range of 'Boutique' wines that are creative and sensibly priced. We will provide a great range for you to sample in your own good time, either at your office or why not take them home and sample them at your leisure? Whichever you choose we want to get it right for you.



	From a range of de-alcoholised wines to a fruit juice bar with juices blended at the guests' request. Many of our corporate clients operate a 'dry site' - no problem, we can still make your event excel. Choose from ice cold chilled waters in beautiful glasses to a full range of chilled juices.



	Most guests want to 'chill out' for a while once they have arrived. We can offer a range of coffees, teas and decaffeinated products, making sure your event gets off to the best possible start. Wherever possible Feathers will purchase products from suppliers/countries with a satisfactory policy on wages and conditions. All our products are served by friendly and able staff who can also assist in badging, the handling of coats and every other aspect of general hospitality.
