I am writing to  thank you on behalf of Beckenham Decorative and Fine Arts Society for the welcome you gave us and the care you took over us during our stay with you  this last week.

Your colleagues and staff were without exception friendly and helpful, particularly Suzanne who was in charge of our daily needs.

 

Just a note to say thank you so much for helping make my 50^th birthday party so special.

We were over whelmed with your professionalism and friendliness of both you and your staff..... We could not have dreamed of a better service.

We would definitely recommend your hotel in the future to our friends and family.

We got married at the Alicia hotel in Sefton Park, Liverpool on 7^th June 2008. We are writing to yourselves as we were very pleased with the excellent services provided to us by all of the staff at the Alicia.

We thought it was necessary to bring to your attention that all of the staff at the Alicia in particular the managers Lesley, John and Joe were extremely helpful throughout the whole planning of the day and on the actual day itself. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.

Just wanted to say a big thank- you on behalf of Ian and I. We both had a fabulous day, it was amazing.  Yourself and your staff contributed to this and made our day so special.  The service was fantastic, it went without a hitch, and lots of the guests commented on how well organised it was. The food was tremendous.

Just a short note to say Thank you so much for all you did for us last week to make Kevin & Carol's wedding such a memorable occasion.

We all had such an amazing time - the hotel was lovely, the food was fantastic and all my family agree that the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

I just hope you've managed to remove the Best Man from your bar by now!!

I recently stayed at The Alicia Hotel in Liverpool and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, clean rooms, and excellent food.  Lesley was extremely helpful, and the wait staff, Christine in particular, was astoundingly professional, yet portrayed a willingness to make my meal just what I wanted.  Thank you so much for a great experience.  The Alicia is on my list of places to stay while in the UK. 

 

The Regional Director for the North West was very happy with the dinner and the private room.  She remarked on how friendly and helpful all the staff were.

I wanted to let you know how our Christmas night out with you guy's went, well... It was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! We had a fabulous time, your staff were all amazing! The food was Wonderful!!What else can I say, it was defiantly value for money and we will defiantly be booking again.

Just to say thank you for our party on Sunday. We were looked after really well, your staff were very helpful and all our needs were catered for, nothing too much trouble and it was this fact that will bring us back again. The fact that it was so easy to change things at a minutes notice, requests of all kinds were accomodated and your man John was on hand all evening.Thank you all for working so hard we really did appreciate it. May i on behalf of all the club, say thank you for a super meal. It was a really good meal served hot and quickly also the staff were a delight, they were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We have just got back form honeymoon and waned to say a big thank you to you and all the staff who made our civil partnership on 23rd May so special. The day went very smoothly and the food was incredible! Please pass on our thanks to John in particular who made us both at ease and got us through it all. The DJ actually played what we wanted and everyone worked really hard! Thanks again.

once again I would like to thank you for Sunday we had a lovely day. We have loads of positive feedback from friends and family who attended thanking us for the day and commenting on how lovely the food was and the venue.
 
I just wish to add that I am Social Secretary for Liverpool Law Society and would certainly have no hesitation in considering and The Alicia Hotel for any forthcoming events that may be suitably held there. I was very impressed and delighted with the quality of service provided by you and your team.

I would just like to thank all the staff at the Alicia Hotel who helped make my birthday a happy occasion. My friends pronounced the meal to be delicious and you were all so friendly and helpful. 

To all the poeple who helped make our wedding run so smoothly, thank you so much for caring, for your attention to detail and for making sure the nerves were kept to a minimum.

Thank you all for making our sons wedding day such a wonderful occasion. The whole thing ran like clock work largly due to all your efforts. All the guests had a great time and there was nothing but praise for the hotel and the service everyone recieved.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks to yourself and your team for the fantastic night out we had on Saturday. All the staff at the Alicia were absolutely fantastic and they couldn't have treated us better, so much so that all of our group commented on this, this morning. Once again we'd just like to say a big thank you and we cant wait to book again for next year!

Just to say a really big thank you to everyone involved in the organisation and catering side of my uncles funeral yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and the staff were so courteous and helpful. This meant a lot to us all and more so to my mum (Carol Woods).

Your staff our a credit to you all and i would not hesitate to recommend your hotel in the future. I am going to write also to the echo to say how much this meant too us.

From beginning to end I felt assured that myself, my new husband and all of our guests were provided with a service which was second-to-none.

Just want to thank you again for the fabulous party, it exceeded all our expectations, you run a tight but happy ship and it shows in the quick and efficient way your staff work. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Once again thank you and next time we are in Liverpool we will call in for lunch, it may be a three star hotel but we got seven star treatment!!!

The function room looked great, the food was cooked to perfection and the staff were always polite and helpful.
