I am writing to thank you and your excellent team at the Alicia for all your help given on our wedding day.

From beginning to end I felt assured that myself, my new husband and all of our guests were provided with a service which was second-to-none.

Thank you once again for giving us such fantastic memories of a special day.

Just want to thank you again for the fabulous party, it exceeded all our expectations, you run a tight but happy ship and it shows in the quick and efficient way your staff work. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Once again thank you and next time we are in Liverpool we will call in for lunch, it may be a three star hotel but we got seven star treatment!!!

May I take this opportunity to thank you and your staff very much for the wonderful hospitality shown at our recent Christmas Party Event.

The function room looked great, the food was cooked to perfection and the staff were always polite and helpful.
